Shipping policy
Every piece is printed to order, just for you, then shipped. So the wait has two parts: production (making it) and delivery (the post). Add the two together for the time to your door.
These are estimates, not promised delivery dates. Every time on this page is based on our average production and delivery times. Production and shipping times vary, and occasionally an order falls outside these estimates. All times are in business days (Monday to Friday, not holidays); holidays and busy seasons can add a few days. Once your order ships you get a tracking number by email.
Free U.S. shipping
U.S. orders of $75 or more ship free. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout.
Production and delivery times
All figures are business days, measured on real orders. Order to delivery is measured door to door, so it can run a little shorter than the two parts added together.

The same numbers sit in the Production & Shipping tab on every product page, and the estimated delivery dates shown on tees, cloaks, sport tees and desk mats are worked out from them.
Several items in one order
Different products are made by different print shops, so an order with more than one kind of item can arrive as more than one parcel, on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Customs duties, import taxes and border fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility; we cannot predict them, collect them or refund them. Once a parcel leaves the United States, how customs handles it is outside our control, and customs holds can add to the delivery times above.
Your address
Please check your shipping address before you place the order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because delivery was attempted and could not be completed, we are not responsible for it and no refund is owed. We are also not responsible for a replacement. That said, if it happens, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
Lost, late or damaged
If your tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, send Trevor a message with your order number and, for damage, a photo. Damaged or defective items are covered by the refund policy.
Where your order ships from
Most of our products are printed, packed and shipped from the United States. The exceptions are hooded cloaks, sleeveless hoodies and men's tank tops, which are made and shipped from overseas.
