Returns & Refunds
At Psiloteric Visions, we aim to offer the best experience possible. If you need to initiate a return or request a refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page or email Support@PsilotericVisions.com.
30-Day Return Window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrived defective.
Personalized or custom items made specifically for an individual are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged.
Return Shipping & Refunds
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
A tracking number is required when sending your item back to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds cover the product price and taxes only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, any shipping costs that were waived will be deducted from the refund total.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund—your choice. In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping when necessary.
To process a damaged or incorrect item, we require clear photo evidence of the issue.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Color Variations
Please note: due to variations in screen settings and the nature of print-on-demand production, slight color differences may occur between product photos and the final printed item.
Customs & Import Taxes
We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges vary by location and are the buyer’s responsibility.
If VAT is collected by your country upon delivery and was not charged during checkout, we will not refund those customs-imposed fees.
Additional Return Terms
Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Psiloteric Visions. We reserve the right to decline a return or refund request if it does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
If the item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Order with multiple sizes with the intent to return the sizes that don't fit will not be eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about the size we recommend ordering a single item first to confirm sizing and fit.
For large orders (5 items or more), we recommend ordering a single item first to confirm sizing and fit. Returns for large orders due to size or preference issues may not be accepted.
